Ryan Ernst
Ryan is a Vice President at Highgate Capital Group, a boutique real estate investment management firm based in Chicago. He leads the firm's portfolio management function, overseeing asset valuations, performance marking/forecasting, and manages the investment strategy for the firms 3 funds. Prior to joining Highgate, Ryan was a member of the portfolio management team at Waterton Associates, where he supported the firm's largest fund and helped oversee more than $1 billion in dispositions. He holds a master's degree from the University of Notre Dame, earned in 2019.
