Rich Dougherty
Rich is a Vice President of Pearlmark, with responsibility for analyzing new equity and mezzanine debt real estate investment opportunities and providing asset and portfolio management support for existing investments. Prior to joining Pearlmark, he worked for Regency Centers in Underwriting and Due Diligence for east coast developments and acquisitions and in various Finance and Real Estate roles for an international retailer. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, earned in 2011.
