Executive in Residence Program
The Executive in Residence is tasked with bringing industry directly to students through a variety of platforms, with the goal of augmenting the student experience by learning from and engaging directly with industry professionals. The current platforms and experiences offered by the Executive in Residence are designed to further engage the students beyond the classroom to ensure their readiness in an internship or full-time position within the real estate industry. Current offerings include:
Professional Office Hours:
Connecting students with professionals across a broad spectrum of real estate disciplines for focused, one-on-one or small-group discussions around topics such as career development or industry trends.
Real Estate Professional Panel Series:
Bringing industry experts to campus for large format discussions on highly relevant and timely topics within the industry, offering students unique insights into market trends, challenges, and opportunities in the space.
Workshop Series:
Direct in-person or virtual working sessions focusing on the development of concrete, practical skills or providing knowledge on the intricacies of the commercial real estate industry to help students bridge the gap between the classroom and on-the-job responsibilities.
Internship Opportunity Enhancement:
Current professionals conducting in-person or virtual mock interviews to help ready students for real-world interviews. The Executive in Residence Team is also seeking more companies to hire interns, so if you or your employer are interested in hiring a Notre Dame student, please reach out to Ross Higginbotham.
Students interested in participating in office hours can sign up here.
