Arlen Hooks
Arlen spent 2.5 years in tenant rep brokerage at JLL Charlotte. Along the way, he noticed that the conversations he looked forward to most weren't with Fortune 500 clients, but with college students pursuing careers in CRE. So he left JLL to launch Rapport CRE, a platform that ensures students learn how to build rapport, not just financial models, in this relationship driven industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame, earned in 2022.
