Tom Grier is a Managing Director and Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking for J.P. Morgan which includes clients in Real Estate, Lodging, Gaming, Homebuilding and the Real Estate Financial Sponsors sectors.

Tom is a 30 year veteran of real estate investment banking and has advised publicly traded and private companies on transformational M&A transactions within the real estate sector, and has also advised our clients on mission critical equity and debt capital transactions across the globe. Tom is an active member of various real estate industry professional affiliations, including National Associate of Real Estate Investment Trusts and the Real Estate Roundtable.

Tom graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 1987.
