Michael is the founder of Julius Capital (founded 1993) and Immaculata Law Firm (founded 2009). These sister firms work together to provide Catholic and other nonprofit organizations with “full vision funding” for their priority capital projects through creative combinations of traditional and newly developed funding sources, including bond and debt financing, balance sheet philanthropy, real estate monetization, tax credits and other sources of creative equity. His clients include dioceses, universities, schools, churches, foundations, hospitals, housing organizations and other nonprofit organizations.

A graduate of Harvard Law School and the University of Notre Dame (1984, Great Books Program), Michael is consecrated to Our Lady and a member of the Militia Immaculata, founded by St. Maximillan Kolbe.
