Matt Kenney is Vice Chairman and Managing Principal with Westbrook Partners, a private real estate fund that has invested over $14 billion of equity representing approximately $50 billion of worldwide transactions in commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Westbrook, Matt founded a private boutique brokerage firm, Pinnacle Realty Investments, which focused on the hotel industry and completed over $5 billion of hotel transactions across the United States.

Matt is a 1996 graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, now part of the Cornell SC Johnson College of Business. He is married to Katie (Fitzgerald), a 1994 Notre Dame graduate. They have three children, Matty, Anna, and Colin, and they reside in the Hingham area just south of Boston, Massachusetts.
