Kevin is Co-Founder and Co-Owner and Principal of GR8 Communities, LLC, a portfolio developer/builder of Single-Family Rentals (SFR) as well as the Co-Founder, Co-Owner and Principal of New Urban Communities Corporation, a builder/developer, founded in 1998, focused on infill, redevelopment and traditional neighborhood development opportunities. Mr. Rickard has entitled and/or developed in his career, Single-Family homes for both for sale and for rent as well as multifamily rental apartments, office, medical, retail, restaurant and hotel space in numerous noteworthy communities in South Florida over the past two decades.

Mr. Rickard is involved in all phases of the development process from strategic direction to design, entitlement, land development, construction, marketing, sales and leasing.

Mr. Rickard holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Western Michigan University and is a licensed General Contractor in the State of Florida. He has been an active member of numerous professional organizations, including Board of Directors for Gold Coast Builders Association, Congress for New Urbanism, National Association of Homebuilders as well as the Board of Directors for the Boca Raton Housing Authority.

Kevin is married to Nancy Pulte Rickard and resides in Boca Raton, Florida and is a proud parent of three children, Bridget (ND '18), Hudson, and Mitchell.
