Bryan serves as Executive Vice President and Sector Leader of Multifamily, where he provides national leadership for the firm’s multifamily platform. With decades of experience and more than $3 billion in multifamily transactions, he brings deep operational insight and a national perspective to this leadership role.
Bryan leads a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering high-quality multifamily communities that create value. He oversees site selection, development sponsorship, entitlements, capital structuring, and overall business unit performance. As the company’s senior executive liaison to multifamily clients and investment partners, he also guides strategy, capital formation and execution across key U.S. markets.
Prior to joining Ryan, Bryan launched the multifamily platform for Exeter Property Group (now EQT Real Estate) and grew the program to over $1.5 billion in AUM. Prior to that, Bryan served as a Director with Clark Realty Capital where he oversaw multifamily investment and development activities in Southern California.
Bryan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and serves on the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate advisory board at the University of Notre Dame. He is also actively engaged in advancing educational equity through nonprofit leadership and volunteer work.
