Bobby is the Senior Managing Principal of Capital Formation and Investments at Halstatt Real Estate Partners and serves on the firm’s Investment Committee. He shares responsibility for all major aspects of the firm’s investment process, including strategy, capital formation, sourcing, execution, and portfolio oversight.

Prior to joining Halstatt in 2010, Bobby co-founded Philbrook Development, a Naples-based real estate development and management firm. He brings extensive experience across commercial, residential, and multifamily real estate investments and operations.

Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Bobby graduated from the University of Notre Dame. He is married to Jennifer Sullivan, a founding Board Member of Halstatt Real Estate Partners, and has two daughters.
