Pat is the Co-Founder and CEO of Three Leaf Development. With a focus on development and property management, Three Leaf has projects in Milwaukee, Portland, and South Bend (Notre Dame), including multi-family and mixed-use development. Three Leaf continues to raise money for a real estate investment vehicle, with investors from the National Basketball Association and other professional athletes. 

Pat is an NBA basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks, and was an integral member of the Bucks' 2020-2021 NBA Championship team. He previously played for the Portland Trailblazers, and he was drafted by the Brooklyn Nets in the 2015 NBA draft and by the Baltimore Orioles in the 2014 MLB draft. He finished third in the 2020 NBA All-Star Game slam dunk contest. 

A native of Arlington, Massachusetts, Pat graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2015 with a degree from the Mendoza College of Business in management consulting. At Notre Dame, he was a two-time captain of the Men's Basketball team and a starting pitcher for three seasons on the Baseball team.
