Nestor Weigand is a Principal Partner & CEO at Eastborough Partners in London, U.K. 

Nes Weigand is the CEO of Eastborough Partners, which he founded in 2022 to invest capital on behalf of several large family offices. The firm raises dedicated fund vehicles and invests across the US, UK and Europe in a range of real estate asset classes.
 
Prior to launching Eastborough, Nes spent 12 years at Siguler Guff (SG), where he was one of three founding members of the real estate investment team which deployed $3 billion in equity across four dedicated funds and other vehicles. In 2014, Nes moved from New York to London to lead SG’s European real estate activities.

Before joining SG, Nes co-managed a $1billion+ portfolio of private equity real estate interests for Citigroup’s own corporate pension plan and its private real estate division, CPI. Nes began his career in the late 1990s as an Analyst in the Consulting Group of CBRE (f.k.a. Insignia/ESG) in New York.

Nes holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Notre Dame (1998) and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth (2006).
