Mrs. Sullivan is a founding Board Member of Halstatt Real Estate Partners since 2012, a family-owned investment firm headquartered in Naples, Florida. She also serves as the Executive Director of the Halstatt Charitable Foundation, which leverages the time, talents and resources of Halstatt’s founding family along with the employees of Halstatt to support causes that align with the mission of the foundation.

From 1995 to 2003, Jennifer was responsible for marketing and launching new product for the Grey Oaks Country Club, a master planned residential community in Naples, Florida. She was also a Design Review Board member, reviewing and approving new product and homes for the Grey Oaks community. 

From 1993 to 2012, Jennifer was a Board Member of the Barron Collier Partnership. She was also a chairperson for the Naples Botanical Garden fundraiser event Hats in the Garden as well as the Community School of Naples fundraiser event Angel Ball.

Jennifer graduated from Auburn University and majored in business with an emphasis in marketing. She is married to Robert “Bobby” Sullivan, Notre Dame class of ‘93 and has two daughters, Megan, class of ‘23 and Keely.
