Ms. Salon joined Bain Capital in 2019. Bain Capital Real Estate focuses on often hard-to-access sectors underpinned by enduring secular trends that drive long-term demand for real estate assets and services. Bain Capital Real Estate shares the value added investment approach that Bain Capital pioneered in private equity. The team focuses on small to mid-sized assets where it applies its operational expertise to accelerate impact and drive earning power.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Salon was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Boston where she advised on strategy and due diligence engagements across diverse sectors. Previously, Ms. Salon was a Senior Associate in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group where she was responsible for the acquisition and portfolio management of HMC’s real estate investments. She started her career as an Analyst in the Private Equity and Real Assets group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Ms. Salon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and received a BBA, summa cum laude, in Finance and Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame.
