Mr. Gibbons serves as President and CEO of Elberon Development Group, a third-generation, 100-year-old family business that owns a portfolio of warehouse properties primarily concentrated in northern New Jersey. His company functions as a full-service developer and property-management firm for its own assets, and also performs services for third parties on a selective basis.

Mr. Gibbons holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, and a J.D. from Cornell Law School.

Dave serves as a member of the board of trustees for NAIOP-NJ, where he served as president from 2017-2018. Dave also serves on the Advisory Board for Cornell Law School, as a member of Board of Trustees for Kean University, and as a board member or trustee of several other organizations in northern New Jersey.

Dave and wife, Susan, live in Basking Ridge, N.J. with their three children
