In collaboration with the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate, the Notre Dame Law School provides a comprehensive educational foundation to address real estate issues in legal practice. 

Program of Study in Real Estate Law (J.D. Students)

Through the Program of Study in Real Estate Law, J.D. students can enroll in both foundational and advanced courses in real estate, receive networking opportunities with prominent alumni, and seek job placements in the dynamic field of real estate.

Concentration in Real Estate and Environmental Law (LL.M. Students)

Through the Concentration in Real Estate and Environmental Law, LL.M. students (both international and domestic) take Property Law; choose from a range of upper-level electives including Environmental Law, Land Use Planning, Real EstateTransactions, and Advanced Real Estate Transactions; and complete a substantial research paper or LL.M. thesis.
