Student Opportunities

Notre Dame's Church Properties Initiative (CPI) conducts research, educates students, and equips leaders to activate land and buildings in service to the Church and the world. As a multidisciplinary field, we welcome students and grad students of all academic disciplines to participate in CPI events, classes, research opportunities, and more. Check out these students’ work from this past summer!

Church Property Student Events

Through talks, conferences, service opportunities, field trips, and other forums, we engage the topic of Church Property through an array of academic lenses including: finance, sociology, law, history, architecture, theology, economics, civil and environmental engineering, and more. You will be offered the chance to meet and engage with top scholars, practitioners, and church leaders who are at the forefront of using Church property to solve the major issues of today.

All undergraduate and graduate students at Notre Dame are welcome to stay up to date on CPI events here
