In the spring of 2020, the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate concluded its second application window for student enrollment in the undergraduate Minor in Real Estate at the University of Notre Dame.

Two new faculty with interests in real estate are joining the University of Notre Dame. As affiliates of the Fitzgerald Institute, David Echevvery (Finance) and Rob Collinson (Economics) will provide distinct areas of expertise.
