The new ARCH 45711 "Case Studies in Real Estate Development" course is planned over spring break in Washington, DC between March 09-13, 2020.

The course is offered by the School of Architecture with Marianne Cusato (ND Adjunct Associate Professor), John Torti (Torti Gallas + Partners), and Grant Epstein (Community Three) leading the students in an interdisciplinary study of a built project—Bonéval—by looking through the lens of multiple stakeholders. The course is co-sponsored by the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate and is an elective course for the Institute's Minor in Real Estate.

As part of the course, we have organized a reception for our DC real estate alumni, parents, and friends to share their experiences and discuss opportunities with the students. The event will be held at the Monument Realty offices located at 750 17th Street NW, Suite 1100, Washington, DC on March 10, 2020.
