Students

In addition to the Fitzgerald Institute for Real Estate's educational programs, such as the undergraduate Minor in Real Estate, students can engage with alumni, faculty, and industry professionals to advance their career goals.

Career Opportunities

The Institute supports a variety of on-campus and off-campus recruiting events, including a broad range of undergraduate and graduate Career Development services, that can lead to successful summer internships and full-time career opportunities

Case Competitions

Student teams compete against other universities in industry-based competitions and case studies. The Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation annual Real Estate Challenge focuses on a high-profile development and redevelopment project in the Chicago area. Students compete to create a development plan that maximizes the potential of a selected property from both a quantitative (financial) and qualitative (feasibility) standpoint.
