Mr. Pomerenke is a Founding Partner and the Chief Investment Officer of NorthPoint Development, a vertically integrated real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Kansas City. With a long term build-to-core strategy focused on the industrial and multifamily sectors, NorthPoint has become the most active industrial developer in the United States, deploying nearly $12B in over 140 million square feet of total development with a current owned portfolio exceeding 120 million square feet. As a member of the executive leadership team, Mr. Pomerenke, is responsible for overseeing the firm’s asset management platform, fundraising efforts, developing key capital relationships, and leading the investment committee.

In his decade long career in real estate, Mr. Pomerenke has held various project management and executive roles at NorthPoint with direct experience in the sourcing and execution of Industrial, Multifamily, Senior Living, Self Storage, and Infrastructure development. These experiences provide a deep and direct development expertise across many asset classes that have shaped NorthPoint’s approach to evaluating and structuring investment opportunities.

Mr. Pomerenke is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, receiving his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2011.
