Fritz L. Duda, Jr. is a real estate executive with over thirty years of experience in major real estate acquisition and development projects nationwide. Fritz is a principal and managing member of Genus Holdings, LLC, a privately held real estate investment company based in Dallas, Texas.

Prior to Genus Holdings, Fritz was a Founder/Principal of Clark Street Real Estate, a Chicago based commercial development firm and the Senior Vice President for Development for Hiffman Shaffer Associates (HSA), a private investment, brokerage, and development services company based in Chicago.  Fritz also practiced law with Rudnick & Wolfe’s (now DLA Piper’s) Real Estate Department in Chicago.  He sits on the Capital Assets Committee for the Archdiocese of Chicago Catholic Schools, the Advisory Board for Real Estate for Jesuit College Preparatory School in Dallas, Texas, and the Advisory Board for Notre Dame’s Alliance for Catholic Education.  

Fritz has a J.D. from Duke University Law School (1993) and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Notre Dame (1987). He and his wife of 25 years, Elise, have three children and reside in Winnetka, Illinois.
